So by now you have been following our posts
You have

Planned your site prior to launch

Chosen a domain name

Used relevant page names

Planned a key word rich,  intuitive navigation system

Optimized your meta tags

Targeted your niche

and Got your product images right.

So now what?

Well if you have your site as you’d like it to be it’s time to submit to the search engines. A daunting thought but it’s time. Now obviously you want to be on Google and Yahoo! Search but don’t forget that each incoming link to your site is helpful in raising your profile so consider “lesser” search engines, it won’t take any time to register with them and you will benefit from increased traffic and incoming links.

Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_search_engines for a full list of search engines and directories. If you have set up each of your pages with a unique keyword set for each page you will be exposing your site to 1000′s of web searches just by submitting your site and by monitoring your stats you should start see an increase in your site traffic.
